GENERAL
All voluntary work is not payable. STEM Biomedical will not make any payments to any volunteer.

RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP OF ASSIGNMENTS & PROJECTS
All assignments and projects distributed by STEM Biomedical are property of STEM Biomedical. Once student volunteer assignments or projects have been submitted, emailed, or given to STEM Biomedical, they are hence-forth owned entirely by STEM Biomedical.
Once student volunteer assignments or projects have been submitted, emailed, or given to STEM Biomedical, the individual who completed and/or submitted the assignment or project forfeits any rights or ownership to said assignment or project. 

CONFIDENTIALITY
Information on assignments and projects are to be kept confidential, with the exception of discussion between other volunteers or members of STEM Biomedical.
